Cancellation Policy

To our Valued Patients

At Clinical Aesthetics, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require changes or cancellations to your scheduled appointment. We request that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to adjust or cancel your appointment to avoid any inconvenience.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, kindly inform us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges. If you provide the required notice, no cancellation fees will be applied.

Cancellation Fee

However, if you are unable to provide the required notice and fail to show up for your appointment, a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the cost of the service, or up to $300, will be applied to your account. We understand that emergencies happen, and we will consider waiving the cancellation fee on a case-by-case basis.
